If Alina has the chance to pick up an item of clothing and put it on her head, she feels pretty.
She feels particularly pretty with anything that is fluffy, or serves as a hat.
This was laundry day, when I still tried to fold laundry when she was awake. Now that is definitely an "after Alina goes to sleep" chore--or else I'll be finding pieces of "clean" laundry all over the room!
The skirt she is wearing in this picture is one of her fluffier dresses. She squeals and gives it a hug any time she gets her hands on it, then gets so excited if she gets to put it on in the morning!
Hats, too. Yes, she is all about getting dolled up.
