Our Baby Girl

Day 1, we greeted her in the hospital at her birth.

One month old--growing more in love with her every day.

Two months old--we were establishing a special bond as mother/daughter.

Three months old--she started learning of some of her big brother's antics.

Four months old--those chubby cheeks really started to emerge.

Five months old--more learning about what it's like to be the little sister.

Six months old--she found her toes entertaining while enjoying her bottles.

Seven months old--she was easy to smile, but reserves her smiles mostly for her family.

Eight months old--that first tooth appeared.

Nine months old--Enjoyed the sunshine with her brother.

Ten months old--found out she loves to eat! She'll eat anything we put in front of her except avocado.

Eleven months old--doesn't mind a little dirt, and those piercing blue eyes are her trademark beauty.

Blessing Day

Today was a beautiful day when Alina was blessed by her Dad. Included in the circle were Brother Bob McCants, Brother Gary Beagley, Joshua Swift and Matt Altman (not pictured).

The day was memorable, and our girl was beautiful.

Coming up this week: a 1-year birthday to celebrate! having Alina sealed to us in the temple! 26 hours with Grandma and Grandpa! a root canal for me (boo)! Oh, there will be plenty to share.
