Silly Boys

David has really taken to his Daddy lately. He gets soooo excited when Daddy comes home from work, and he cries when Daddy leaves. His first word is Dadadada. It took a few weeks for me to be convinced that David was saying it as a name, and not as a jibberish sound. But now there is no question that David knows what he wants when he says that. It's great! He knows how to call for Dad now, so I'm off the hook if Daddy's home. It has been perfect timing to have Sam around more this past month with his recent job change.

As you can see, Daddy has spent the extra time teaching his son some very valuable things:

There they are, perfecting the monkey face while looking in the mirror.
David loves his playful Dad.

Ha ha, that is great! What a cute photo. Jake LOVES playing with his Daddy too. Now that he is a little older, it is interesting to see how he loves to mimic everything that Ken does. Much more than he mimics me - I guess because Dad is the man of the house and Jake wants to be just like him! It's really cute. So call me, Carmin! I want to hear all about Sam's new job!!!
