But one (very sad) day, he lost his balance and fell forward with his bottle in his mouth. So the very next day, I thought he would go back to laying down to drink. Oh, how wrong I was:
He figured out that sticking his leg forward prevented him from falling forward.
A brilliant little guy, if you ask me!
Once the scab cleared from his bottle injury (the rim got shoved into his gums) we saw tooth #2 coming in--on the top. Nothing quite like having help breaking through those gums! The top tooth matches his bottom tooth that was breaking through at the same time, so at least he has a pair to now chew with.
